Can I run group lessons or clinics?
Yes, on any paid plan — a Slot can hold multiple seats, so each player claims and pays for their own spot until it fills.
Do players need an app?
No. They open your link in any browser, pick a slot, and pay. Nothing to download.
Can I take a deposit instead of full payment?
Yes. Per lesson you can require a deposit or the full amount when the player claims the slot — so a booked cage time is money in, not a maybe.
Can families reschedule themselves?
Yes. Players and parents reschedule or cancel through a secure link, within the window you set — no phone tag with you.
How do reminders work?
Players get automatic email confirmations and reminders before each lesson, so fewer no-shows and missed cage times. Add SMS on any paid plan.
What does it cost?
Start free — Slot’d takes 2.5% per booking (min 75¢) on the free plan. Solo is $19/mo and takes no cut at all; you keep 100% of your payouts. Stripe’s standard processing applies to card payments either way.
